摘　　要：小型猪因其在解剖学、生理学和疾病发生等方面与人类相似而成为重要的动物模型,细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450,CYP450)酶是人类药物代谢的主要酶类,了解小型猪CYP450酶特征对将其用于药物研究具有重要意义。论文主要就小型猪CYP450酶及其在酶活性、mRNA表达和基因层面上与人CYP450酶的比较和药物研究应用进展进行综述。The minipig has become an important animal model in human studies due to its similarity in anatomy, physiology and disease development.The cytochrome P450 （CYP450）enzyme is a major kind of enzymes for the metabolism of drug in human beings.Knowing the properties of CYP450 enzyme in minipig is crucial for its use in pharmaceutical research.This paper reviewed the progress on CYP450 enzyme in minipig and its comparative stud-ies with CYP450 enzyme of humans on the enzyme activities,mRNA expression and gene levels,as well as its ap-plication progress in pharmaceutical research.
