摘　　要：现代企业把竞争的重心放在了商业符号意义的塑造上,而淡化行为是一种旨在获取免费广告的行为,它同时也会对商业符号的意义造成稀释。通过反不正当竞争法来规制淡化行为有其合理性。The modern enterprises put the core of the competition on the creation of commerce symbol meaning. The dilution act is a kind of act of obtaining free advertisement, which will dilute the meaning of commerce symbols. We may as well normalize the dilution act by the law against unjust competition.
