摘 要:通过对球形MgCl2·2.56C2H5OH(SM)载体活化得到不同醇含量的活化载体;利用活化载体制备了Ziegler-Natta球形聚乙烯催化剂(ZNSCAT),并通过淤浆聚合得到聚乙烯。采用SEM,FTIR,XRD等方法对载体和催化剂的形态、粒径及其分布进行表征,并考察了ZNSCAT催化剂聚合所得聚乙烯的性能。表征结果显示,SM载体适宜的活化温度为150℃,在此活化温度下所得活化载体(SM-4)的组分为MgCl2·0.18C2H5OH,比表面积为90.76 m2/g;利用活化的SM-4载体制备的ZNSCAT催化剂的形态较完整,基本呈球形,粒径较大,较好地复制了载体的形态;所得聚乙烯的粒径较大且分布较宽,平均球形度0.847,其形态基本实现了从载体到催化剂、最后到聚合物的完美复制。Spherical Ziegler-Natta catalysts(ZNSCAT) with activated supports which were obtained by activating a spherical MgC12 · 2.56C2H5O (SM) support were prepared and used in producing polyethylene through the slurry polymerization of ethylene.The morphologies,particle sizes and their distributions of the activated supports and catalysts were characterized by means of SEM,FTIR and XRD.The properties of the catalysts and the prepared polyethylene were studied.The results showed that the suitable activation temperature for the SM supports was 150 ℃,at which the composition and specific surface area of the activated support were MgCl2 · 0.18C2H5OH and 90.76 m^2/g,respectively.The prepared ZNSCAT catalyst was completely spherical with large particle size,and replicated the morphology of the spherical support.The particle size distribution of the prepared polyethylene was wide with little fine particles.The polyethylene particles produced with the spherical catalyst had good sphericity with the average sphericity of 0.847.
