个性化护理在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析个性化护理在消化性溃疡患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:选择消化性溃疡患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用临床一般护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行个性化护理,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率97.5%,显著优于对照组77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对消化性溃疡患者在常规治疗和一般护理的基础上采取个性化护理,可以明显提高患者的治疗效果。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of individualized nursing in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods：80 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group;the control group was given clinical nursing care,while the observation group was given the individualized nursing based on the same clinical nursing care. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results：The total efficiency of 97. 5% in observation group was significantly better than that of control group（77. 5% ）,and the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusions：Based on the routine treatment,the individualized nursing for the patients with peptic ulcer can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
