交通工程重点行业紧缺专业人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：根据社会经济发展的客观要求,新疆大学交通工程专业的人才培养必须面向社会经济发展的需要,尤其是新疆建设的需要。本文分析了新疆大学交通工程专业10年来在专业建设中存在的问题,并基于本专业毕业生就业形式与人才培养方向的关系,从培养目标、课程体系和实践教学的角度提出了交通工程重点行业紧缺专业今后人才培养模式的建设思路。According to the objective requirements of social and economic development, the patterns of talents cultivation of the traffic engineering at Xinjiang university must be oriented to the need of the development of social economy, especial y the need of the construction in Xinjiang.This paper analyzed the problems existed in the discipline construction in the last 10 years of the traffic engineering at the university,and proposed ideas of the patterns of talents cultivation of shortage discipline of key industries on traffic engineering for future from three aspects of training objectives,curriculum and practice teaching,based on the relationship between employment of graduates and patterns of talents cultivation.
