摘　　要：本文分析比较了几种评价方法的优缺点并结合新建工业项目方案决策的特点,提出了一种基于层次分析的评价方法,从影响工程建设和后续生产的经济因素、技术因素、社会因素、环境因素四个方面构建了评价指标体系,将该方法在焦作市某制药企业新建项目方案决策中进行了验证,结果表明了该方法的有效性。This paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of evaluation methods and proposes a new evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy comhlned with plan decision of new industrial projects, establishes evaluation index system from four areas of economic, technical, social and environmental factors that affecting the construction and subsequent production. The method was validated in plan decision of new industrial projects of a pharmaceutical company in Jiaozuo, and the results show the effectiveness of this method.
