摘  要:中马村矿副井井筒原有四趟43kg/m钢轨罐道改造,主要是将钢轨罐道改为方钢罐道,在原有的3根旧罐道梁上布置2根新罐道梁,新罐道梁的北端采用梁窝固定,中间与旧罐道梁采用设计的U型卡固定后焊接,南端与南侧的旧罐道梁焊接固定。新安装的方钢罐道布置在罐笼进出车侧。副井罐道改造工程采用两班作业队,每班12小时交替作业,直至施工全部结束。The rockshaft of Zhongmacun Mine auxiliary shaft originally has four times 43kg/m rail cage guide reforms, which mainly transfer the rail cage guide into the steel cage guide, add two new cage guide beams to the three old cage guide beams; the north part of new cage guide beam was fixed by beam nest; the middle part was welded with the U type card adopted in old cage guide beam, and the south part was welded with the south cage guide beam. The newly installed steel cage guide was arranged in the car entrance side of the cage. The reform construction of auxiliary shaft eage guide was worked by two groups of workers which works 12 hours in two shifts till the completion of construction.
