摘　　要：本文以胜任素质理论为基础构建了高校财务人员的胜任素质,并提出从思想上、自身情况、聘任和考核制度以及教育培训方面来提升高校财务人员的素质。Based on the competency theory, this article constructs the financial personnel＇s competency in colleges, and insists that should improve the quality of financial personnel from aspects of thought, their own situation, appointment system, assessment system, education and training.
