摘　　要：针对我军武器装备迅猛发展和运用,本文详细分析了当前武器装备安全管理存在的问题;根据武器装备安全管理的特点,结合我军装备管理实际,从人员管理、机制构建、风险管理、精细化管理、文化建设等方面,提出了加强武器装备安全管理的对策。This paper describes the rapid development and application of weapons and equipment in China, and analyzes the existing problems in current safety management of weapons and equipment. According to the characteristics of safety management of weapons and equipment, and based on the actual situation, this paper proposes countermeasures to strengthen safety management of weapons and equipment from perspectives of personnel management, mechanism construction, risk management, fine management, culture construction and so Oil.
