摘　　要：目的:文章以建邺区2008年到2011年社区卫生服务经费的投入及建设成效为例,探讨如何合理使用及分配卫生服务经费。方法:通过运用定量和定性的方法分析区域内社区卫生统计数据以归纳出社区卫生经费使用效果和存在问题。结果:建议明确社区卫生服务专项经费的用途,开展卫生服务专项经费绩效评价,建立以绩效评价为依据的财政投入模式。Objective： Taking the community health services funds input and the construction effectiveness of Jianye District from 2008 to 2011 for example, this paper explores how to rationally use and distribute tile health service expenditure. Methods： Through using the quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the community health data and sum up the effect and problems of the use of community health services funds. Results： It proposes to clear the use of the special funds for community health services, carry out performance evaluation and establish the financial input mode based on performance evaluation.
