国内四大进口基地建设及对温州的启示

摘　　要：温州要加快转变外贸发展方式,必须重视进口基地建设。上海外高桥保税区、苏州工业园区、天津东疆保税港区和宁波保税区国内四大进口基地建设经验丰富。为推进温州进口基地建设,应借鉴国内四大进口基地建设经验,在政策、关税、发展规划、监管模式、服务平台、世界温州人网络等方面下功夫。To speed up the transform of Wenzhou foreign trade, it is important to stress the construction of import bases. Rich construction experience can be gained from the four national import bases of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone, Suzhou Industry Zone, Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Zone and Ningbo Bonded Zone. To promote the construction of Wenzhou import base, lessons should be drawn from the four import bases and actions should be taken in the policy, customs, development scheme, supervision mode, service platform, the network of worldwide Wenzhou people and so on.
