摘　　要：目前软件的作用十分突出,软件已经发展成为信息技术的核心,主导着信息产品的开发和信息技术市场的进一步开拓。基于Internet的网络问卷调查分析统计非常普遍,才会有那么多的企业或者公司使用网络问卷调查法来获得信息。该系统为需求者提供网络问卷,让需求者能够快速、方便的实施专业的问卷调研、调查问卷设计。快速回收,跨地域、低成本,投入少量资金即可操作问卷调查流程从而获得丰富的反馈信息已经成为趋势,一个高效专业的网络调查平台越来越成为人们的需要。本课题设计的目的是当某企业、某组织或某些个人需要调查或掌握一些数据、信息或资料时,为这样的需求者提供适合的网上问卷,回收、统计数据或答案,为需求者掌握资料提供方便。根据现有一些网络问卷存在功能过于强大、设置复杂、费用比较昂贵等缺点,本课题要生成一个能够提高调研效率,节约调查费用,使调查数据的处理更方便地问卷调查系统。At present software has a significant role, and has become the core of information technology, dominating the development of information products and further development of IT market. Many enterprises use the network questionnaire to obtain information as the common use of the statistical analysis of the Internet questionnaires. The system enables the users to carry out fast, easy and professional survey and design of questionnaires based on the Internet. Getting a wealth of feedback by operating the process with rapid recovery, geographically dispersed, low cost and little funds input have become a trend, and an efficient and professional network survey platform become the need of people. The design aims to provide a suitable network questionnaire, the collection statistical data or answers for enterprises, organizations or individuals who need to investigate or to master some data or information. In response to the shortcomings of excessive functions, complicated setup and high cost of some existing network questionnaires, this project is to generate a questionnaire survey system which can improve the efficiency of research, save the cost of the investigation and can process the survey data more convenient.
