摘　　要：政府提出的"美丽中国"执政概念把城镇建设推向新的高潮。本文主要对国内学者对城镇规划研究从借鉴国外城镇规划研究、规划方法与理论以及应用与实践三个方面进行了梳理和总结,以期为小城镇特色建设和规划提供借鉴和参考。This year, the government puts forward to build the＂beautiful China＂, pushing the construction of urban cities and towns to a new climax. By combining with domestic researches on town planning, this paper teases and summarizes from three aspects：reference of foreign researches, planning method and theory, and application and practice, hoping to provide a reference for the construction and planning for the construction of small towns with features.
