摘　　要：本文就"独立学院给水排水工程专业应用型人才培养体系建设"课题的研究,说明课题的研究背景、研究内容,阐述了构建人才培养体系的思路以及课程建设方案,总结了相关实践经验,并针对应用型人才培养的特点提出了在实践过程中还存在的问题。Based on the research of the topic＂Exploration on the Construction of the Cultivation System for Water Supply and Drainage Applied Talents of Independent Colleges＂, this paper described the research background and content of the topic, e-laborated the ideas of constructing the talent cultivation system as well as the curriculum construction plan, summarized relevant practical experience, and proposed the problems that still exist in the practice in view of the characteristics of applied talents culti-vation.
