摘 要:油田注水开发过程中,注水井时常发生异常变化,致使注水合格率下降,不能满足油田注够水、注好水的要求。为了提高新肇油田注水合格率,详细地分析了注水合格率的影响因素(注采关系发生变化、注水井管柱问题、水质因素、注水井作业周期长、洗井质量因素、泵压波动、分层井测试周期过长、注水井欠注),并提出了相应的对策。上述影响因素的分析及对应治理,提高了新肇作业区的注水合格率,由2012年的85.0%上升到目前的89.6%,提高了4.6%,有效提高了作业区油井的供液能力。During oilfield waterflooding development,abnormal changes often occur in water injection well,which leads to low qualified rate of water injection that does not meet the need of water injection in oilfield.In order to increase qualified rate of water injection in Xinzhao Oilfield,this paper analyzes detailedly the influencing factors(such as the change of injection-production relation,the problems of casing strings of water injection well,water-quality,the long operation period of water injection well,well washing quality,the fluctuation of pump pressure,the long measurement period of stratified well and insufficient injection in water injection well)and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures;water injection in operation area of Xinzhao Oilfield increases by 4.6%(from 85.0%in 2012 to 89.6%in present)and improves the fluid supply ability of oil wells effectively.
