射频消融联合医用臭氧治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价射频消融联合医用臭氧治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。方法:包容性腰椎间盘突出症患者210例,按住院顺序编号分为射频消融组(A组)、医用臭氧组(B组)和射频消融联合医用臭氧组(C组),每组70例。在术前和术后7 d、30 d、90 d、180 d进行视觉模拟评分(VAS)、OSWESTRY功能障碍指数问卷评分(ODI)。结果:与术前相比,3组术后7 d、30 d、90 d、180 d的平均VAS及平均ODI评分均显著降低(P<0.01);A组和B组在术后7 d、30 d、90 d、180 d的平均VAS及平均ODI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组在术后7 d、30 d、90 d、180 d的平均VAS及平均ODI评分均显著低于A、B组(P<0.05)。所有患者手术经过顺利,术中及术后未发生并发症。结论:射频消融或医用臭氧治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症安全有效,两者联合应用可明显提高疗效。Objective：To evaluate the curative effect and security of radiofrequency ablation combined with medical ozone on inclusive lumbar inteavertebral disc herniation. Methods： A total of 210 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were divided into radiofrequency ablation group（Group A）,medical ozone group（Group B ） and radiofrequency ablation in combination with medical ozone group（Group C）, with 70 patients in each groups, by the number of admission ordder. The visual ana- logue scale（VAS） and OSWESTRY disability index questionnaire score（ODI） of the three groups were observed before treatment and at the 7 d, 30 d, 90 d and 180 d after treatment. Results： Compared with the preoperative average VAS and ODI scores of the three groups, those at the 7 d, 30 d, 90 d and 180 d after treatment were distincted lower（P〈0.01） ;There were no significant differences in the average VAS and ODI（P〉0.05） between Group A and Group B at the postoperative 7 d, 30 d, 90 d and 180 d. Compred with Group A and Group B, at the 7 d, 30 d, 90 d and 180 d, the average VAS and ODI scores of Group C were significantly lower（P〈0.05）. No complication occurred in any patient after treatment. Conclusions： Using radiofrequency ablation or medical ozone to treat inclusive lumbar inteavertebral disc herniation is safe and effective. Combination with the two treatments can obviously improve the curative effect.
