摘　　要：介绍了三网融合和泛在图书馆的概念,分析了三网融合给高校图书馆带来的影响,阐述了三网融合背景下泛在服务模式的具体表现形式,包括开展移动图书馆服务、校园网数字电视图书馆服务及个性化信息服务等。This paper introduces the concepts of the integration of three networks and the ubiquitous library, analyzes the influence of the integration of three networks on university library, and expounds the concrete manifestations of ubiquitous service mode under he integration of three networks including the mobile library service, the campus network based digital TV library service and the personalized information service.
