摘　　要：随着知识经济的兴起,知识产权在国民经济中的地位与作用日益受到重视。但当前关于知识产权对区域经济发展的影响还存在争论。通过对河南省的定量研究,探讨了现阶段知识产权对河南省经济发展具有的积极作用,基于该结论,对河南省知识产权的保护与管理提出了若干建议,为河南省推进知识产权战略提供了借鉴。With the rise of the knowledge economy,the status and role of intellectual property right in the national economy is becoming more and more important. But the impact of intellectual property right to the development of regional economy is also in dispute.Through the quantitative research of Henan Province,this paper probes into the positive functions of intellectual property right in economic development of Henan Province,and based on this conclusion, puts forward some suggestions on the protection and management of intellectual property the reference for promoting the intellectual property right strategy of Henan province.
