摘  要:目的研究金银花、连翘对溶珊瑚弧菌及其生物膜活性的影响。方法采用纸片扩散法测定抑菌圈,采用结晶紫法检测金银花、连翘对溶珊瑚弧菌生物膜的作用。结果金银花为低敏药物,连翘为不敏药物。生物膜抑制率与质量浓度有剂量依赖的正相关关系,31、62.5、125 mg/mL金银花和连翘供试药液与菌膜对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生物膜破坏试验发现,31、62.5、125 mg/mL金银花和连翘供试药液与菌膜对照组生物膜活菌百分比的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金银花有良好的抑菌、抑制细菌生物膜形成和破坏细菌生物膜活性;而连翘有良好的破坏溶珊瑚弧菌的生物膜活性和较好的抑制生物膜形成活性。Objective To investigate the antimicrobial activities of Lonicera japonica ThuMb. and Forsythia suspensa ( ThuMb. ) Vahl on Vibrio coralliilyticus and its biofilm. Methods Zone of inhibition was measured by using the disk diffusion method, and the effect on biofilm was examined by crystal violet assay. Results Lonicera japonica ThuMb. was low-sensitizing and Forsythia suspensa (ThuMb.) Vahl was insensitive. Biofilm inhibition rate and p ( crude drug) was in a dose-dependent positive correlation. A significant difference of inhibition rate was found between samples [ 31,62.5 and 125 mg/mL of Lonicera japonica ThuMb. and Forsythia suspensa (ThuMb.)Vahl] and control group (P〈0. 05); A significant difference of destruction rate was found between samples [ 31,62.5 and 125 mg/mL of Lonicera japonica ThuMb. and Forsythia suspensa (ThuMb.) Vahl ] and control group ( P〈0.05). Conclusion Lonicera japonica ThuMb. has good antibacterial, inhibiting bacterial biofilm formation and destruction effect on bacterial biofilms; while Forsythia suspensa (ThuMb.)Vahl could destroy biofilms of Vibrio coralliilyticus and inhibit biofilm formation.
