摘 要:目的检测Graves病(Graves disease,GD)患者血清IL-17水平,探讨IL-17在GD中的变化及意义。方法 148例GD患者分为3组:GD未治疗组(A组,70例)、131I治疗后GD控制组(B组,41例)和GD未控制组(C组,37例),另取32例健康体检者为正常对照组。酶联免疫法检测血清IL-17,电化学发光法检测FT3、FT4、TSH、TRAb。结果 GD患者的血清IL-17高于正常对照组(P<0.01);分组比较:IL-17在A组最高,C组次之,均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),B组最低,稍高于正常对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关分析表明,GD患者血清IL-17的表达水平与FT3、FT4、TRAb的浓度呈正相关,与TSH浓度呈负相关(均为P<0.05)。结论 IL-17可能在GD的发病中起到重要作用,GD患者血清中FT3、FT4激素分泌增加可能与IL-17的高表达有关。Objective To investigate the level of serum IL-17 in Graves disease (GD) patients. Methods 148 patients with GD and 32 healthy controls were collected. All GD patients were further classified into three subgroups, including the GD-untreated group ( GroupA, n = 70) , the effective group ( GroupB, n = 41 ) and the non-effective group ( GroupC, n = 37 ) , Serum IL-17 level was assayed with ELISA. Free triiodothyronine ( FT3 ), free thyroxine ( FT4), thyrotropin (TSH) and thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb) were determined by electrochemiluminescence. Results The levels of serum IL-17 in all GD patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.01). The level of IL-17 in Group A was the highest, followed by Group B, and Group C was the lowest (P〈0.01). Serum IL-17 was positively correlated with FT3, FT4 and TRAb levels ( P〈 0.05 ), but negatively correlated with TSH ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion IL- 17 may play a vital role in the development of GD. Thyroid hormones in GD patients are closely correlated with the serum IL-17 level.
