摘  要:针对液压激振与夹持独立的捣固装置,设计一种由阀芯旋转式四通换向阀和微行程双作用液压缸构成的新型电液激振器.在考虑阀口压降对旋转阀芯阀口过流面积影响的基础上,分别对无环形槽阀芯和有环形槽阀芯建立对应的阀口过流面积模型,对新型电液激振器在较高激振频率下的振动波形进行理论数值仿真和实验验证研究,为旋转阀芯结构设计提供理论指导和实验依据.分析结果表明:有环形槽阀芯的过流面积呈线性变化,无环形槽阀芯的过流面积呈非线性变化;有环形槽阀芯过流面积峰值、加速度峰值和位移峰值比无环形槽阀芯过流面积峰值、加速度峰值和位移峰值大;有环形槽的阀芯加速度曲线波动程度比无环形槽的阀芯加速度曲线波动程度小.矩形沟槽数量不影响过流面积曲线、加速度曲线和位移曲线变化趋势,且随着阀芯矩形沟槽数量的增加,加速度曲线波动也会有一定程度地增加.Considering the new tamping device with hydraulic excitation and independent clamping movement, this paper proposed a new electro-hydraulic exciter consisting of spin valve and micro-displacement double-functioned hydraulic cylinder, established the corresponding flow area model of different spools and validated the waveform with high frequency theoretically and experimentally. The results show that the flow area of spool with ring groove is linear and the flow area of spool without ring groove is non linear. The flow area peak, acceleration peak and displacement peak of spool with ring groove are bigger than those of spool without ring groove. It is also found that acceleration carves exist fluctuation in degree, and that acceleration fluctuation of spool with ring groove is smaller than that of spool without ring groove. In addition, numbers of grooves don't affect trends of flow area, acceleration and displacement, but the acceleration fluctuation increases with the increase of grooves.
