摘 要:为实现液压弹射实验,提出一种高速液压动力系统方案.介绍液压动力系统的工作原理,讨论大流量开关阀的双节流口并联输出的结构及其先导阀—2D伺服阀的工作原理,建立动力系统的数学模型,通过该模型对系统的响应时间、弹射速度和压力等进行仿真分析,通过实验测试开关阀进出口压力、液压缸位移速度等特性.理论和实验结果表明,该动力系统能够在初始20mm活塞位移内将负载加速至2m/s以上,并在100ms内将负载最终加速至10m/s以上,大流量开关阀的开启时间低于10ms.该系统已获得实际应用.A high speed hydraulic power system was proposed to achieve ejection experiment. The working principle of power system was introduced firstly, the parallel output structure of double throttle orifice of switch valve and its pilot valve-2D servo valve were discussed. Then, the mathematical model of power system was established, the response time of switch valve, velocity and pressure of power system were further investigated through numerical simulation, and experiments were carried out to test the pressure, displacement and velocity of power system. The results show that the power system can accelerate the load up to 2 m/s in the initial 20mm displacement of cylinder piston and achieve 10 m/s at the end of piston stroke within 100ms, the open time of large flow switch valve is less than 100ms. The system has been applied in practice.
