摘　　要：自主组建创新团队开展研究型学习,能够激发大学生的创新思维,提升大学生的实践能力。大学生创新团队的培育,要深入发掘校内外资源,构筑多维立体的大学生创新团队培育体系;完善大学生创新团队建设的保障机制,助推人才培养模式创新。The self establishment of innovation teams for research-oriented study is aimed at stimulating the in- novative thinking of college students and enhancing their practice ability. The innovation teams of college students should be developed by further exploring the resources inside and outside schools and building a multidimensional cultivation system of college students; perfecting the protection mechanism for innovation-team building to promote the innovation of training model.
