摘 要:介绍了振动技术在铝、铜、铁等金属材料铸造成形中的应用研究现状,就振动类型和振动对铸造成形的机理作了阐述,分析了施加振动对金属铸造成形时金属内部组织改善、强度性能提高的原因,指出现有振动技术中存在的不足,介绍了多维振动铸造机的设计思路和研制进展情况。振动铸造实践证实,在金属材料的铸造成形工艺中施加多维振动能明显改善铸件的性能,提高铸造效率,多维振动铸造机的研制为今后多维振动技术的研究和应用提供参考。The current research status of vibration technology in aluminum, copper, iron and other metal materials casting molding are introduced. The types of vibration and the vibration mechanism for casting molding are illustrated as well. The reasons of improving metal internal organization and enhancing strength properties are analyzed when applying vibration on metal casting forming. The existing shortcomings in the vibration technology are pointed out. The design idea and development progress of multidimensional vibration casting machine are introduced. Vibration casting practice shows that applying multidimensional vibration in metal casting forming process can significantly improve the performance and the efficiency of casting. The development of the multidimensional vibration casting machine provides the reference for research and application of multidimensional vibration technology in future.
