摘  要:叙述了一种音乐花瓣自动启闭装置,它模拟莲花外形设计出机械花瓣,用机械化手段控制花瓣随音乐节奏轻快、自动启闭。确定了"链条+丝杠"双层花瓣混合传动方案;进行了整个装置的总体方案设计计算及机械花瓣结构形状设计;介绍了装置随音乐频率变化自动启闭控制系统的设计思路。与原有手动控制单层花瓣启闭相比,实现了双层花瓣随音乐节奏自动启闭的效果。An automatically open and close device of music petals has been innovatively designed. It adopts mechanical method to drive the inside and outside of the double-layer lotus shaped mechanical petals, making the petals fast paced and automatically open and close with the rhythm of music. The "chain + screw" mixed mode is presented, the mechanical petals' structure and shape are designed, and the ideas of the control system design is provided which makes the device automatically open and close with changing music. Compared with the original manual control of single-layer petals' open and close, this design can achieve the effects of double-layer petals,swing with the rhythm of music and simulating natural flowers' open and close.
