摘　　要：指出了建设项目环境影响评价信息公开,是时代的要求,有助于环保资料的共享,有利于环境决策与管理,有利于全民参与和监督环保工作。信息公开给环境影响评价领域现有架构带来诸多挑战,包括评价对象的细微调整可能演化为环境纠纷的焦点,涉密内容的处理需要足够慎重,著作权的维护机制亟待建立等。在建设项目环境影响评价信息公开工作的推进过程中,尚需解决"秘密"界定依据欠缺、信息公示平台混乱、公示追责机制欠缺等重要问题。The disclosure of environmental information not only contributes to sharing various environmental data, but also is good for environmental decision-making and management and good for public participation and supervision of the work of environmental protection. However, the disclosure of environmental information poses some challenges for the existing schemas in the field of environmental impact assessment （EIA）, for instance, the slight adjustment of assessed objects may lead to environmental conflicts; secret information needs cautious treatment; it is urgent to establish the maintenance mechanism of the legitimate rights and interests of authors, etc. In the course of carrying out the environmental information disclosure, several important problems need to be solved, such as lack of judgment standards on secret information and deficiency of unified public publishing platform.
