摘  要:目的 建立脑泡状棘球蚴病新西兰大白兔模型。方法 采用颅骨穿刺直视下于前囟正后方2.5cm、矢状缝偏右0.5cm处,经斜向前外侧分别进针约1cm及0.3~0.5cm,注入每mL含(5~10)×10^3个泡状棘球蚴原头节混悬液,建立A、B组动物模型,并分别行MRI检查和病理学检查。结果 经颅骨穿刺法脑内不同深度接种的2种途径接种泡状棘球蚴原头节,A组接种成功率为26.32%,B组接种成功率为5.56%;建模成功的实验动物磁共振检查表现为结节样、环状强化病灶;病理检查病灶为单发,HE染色后证实为脑泡状棘球蚴病。结论 通过颅骨穿刺直视下脑内接种方法 制作泡状棘球蚴脑病新西兰大白兔模型更易成功。Objective To establish the model of alveolar hydatid encephalopathy in New Zealand white rabbits. Methods The skull puncture was 2.5cm under the front behind the fontanel, 0.5cm right to the sagittal suture, inclined lateral forward, with the needle injection to the depth of 1cm and 0.3-0.5 cm containing (5-10) × 10^3 per milliliter the mixed suspension of the head section of vesicular spines ball larva. Animal Model A and Model B were established with respective MRI and pathology examination. Results The two methods in different brain inoculations under direct vision of the skull puncture were successful, with 26.32% of vaccination rates in Group A, and 5.56% in Group B. Experimented animals in successful Modeling by MRI were characterized of nodular and annular lesions. The lesions were single by pathologic checking and confirmed as alveolar hydatid encephalopathy by HE dyeing. Conclusion The inoculation method under direct vision of the skull puncture to the brain was more successful.
