独立学院大学生社会适应能力现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：以南华大学的独立学院学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、专家访谈和数据统计等研究方法,对独立学院大学生的社会适应能力现状进行了研究:独立学院大学生社会适应能力在学科和年级上存在明显差异,群体存在社会适应能力不足的现象。针对该现状分析影响独立学院大学生社会适应能力的具体因素,提出:加强心理教育与心理辅导和职业规划教育帮助独立学院大学生学会正确地认识和评价自我、合理规划人生奋斗目标;发挥大学体育教育优势和个体优势培养,加强独立学院大学生身心健康教育和社会适应能力的自我培养等建议,有针对性地提升独立学院大学生的社会适应能力,使其能够积极快速的融入社会、适应社会。Taking independent college students of University of South China as the research object,through the method of questionnaire investigation,expert interview and data statistics,independent college student’s social a-daptability is analyzed.The result shows that there is a marked difference in subject and grade;there are groups of social adaptation ability shortage.In view of the present situation analysis of specific factors,the influence of College Students’social adaptation ability of Independent College：to strengthen the psychological education and psychological counseling and occupation planning education to help the independent college students learn to rec-ognize and evaluate self,reasonable planning goals;developing high school physical education and individual ad-vantage,strengthening of independent college students’physical and mental health education and the ability of so-cial adaptation of self training,to enhance independent college students social adaptability,so that it can actively rapid integration into society and adapt to the society.
