摘　　要：竞技运动训练就是为了让运动员能够取得较高的比赛成绩,最大限度的延长运动员的运动寿命。但在我国优秀体操运动员普遍退役过早,这对国家、对自己都是一种损失。因此,本文对山西省优秀体操运动员运动寿命进行调查研究,在这项研究中采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、统计法等研究方法,对影响体操运动员运动寿命的因素进行分析,希望能为我国其他优秀体操运动员延长运动寿命提供参考的依据。The goal of the athletics movement training is to make the athlete achieve the higherperformance,and maintains high level athletics ability as long as possible.But in China,it is extremely common to top athlete premature retirement,this is not only one kind of waste to the national,simultaneously also to the ability of oneself. This paper makes analysis on factors affecting sports life of gymnasts by using the method of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire and statistics.The main purpose is to provide the reference for other elite gymnasts extending their sports life.
