摘　　要：分析了社会创新大背景下,高职体育运动文化的意义与四种典型不足表现;提出高职校园运动文化应优质化、去竞技化、绩效管理化、个性化及精品化等五点策略,以期待为高职校园运动文化创新与提升提供借鉴。This paper analyzed the sports culture in the higher occupation colleges’significance and 4 typical problems under the background of social innovation.The higher vocational colleges’campus sports culture should be of high quality,competitive,performance management,personalized and high-quality 5 point strategy.The main purpose is to provide reference for higher vocational colleges’campus sports culture innovation and promotion.
