文化视角下我国软式排球健身现状及价值的研究

摘　　要：软式排球是功能性强的体育运动项目,具有简单易学、丰富有趣、赛制灵活、健康的优点,属于国民健身运动当中一项适用性强的运动项目。我国对软式排球的运动价值了解并不多,据相关研究表明,只有极少数人会参与软式排球的运动,国内对软式排球理论研究比较多,但热衷于此项运动的人却很少。随着时代与科技的快速发展,人民精神文化需求也随之增加,本文将基于文化视角对软式排球健身价值展开探讨,理论结合实际,将文化视角下软式排球和全民健身运动联系在一起,找出软式排球文化的特点与内在价值,让人们了解软式排球文化、健身价值及其教育功能。The soft volleyball is a strong function of sports,with simple,flexible,rich and interesting system, health advantages,which belongs to the national fitness,a strong applicability of sports.Not much value in China of soft volleyball movement understanding,according to relevant research,only a handful of people will participate in the soft volleyball sport,the soft volleyball theoretical research is more,but is keen on this campaign seldom. With the rapid development of the times and technology,spiritual and cultural needs of the people also increases, this paper will discuss on the fitness value of soft volleyball culture perspective,combining theory with practice, will be from the perspective of soft volleyball and fitness together,to find out the characteristics of soft volleyball culture and intrinsic value,let people understand the soft volleyball culture the fitness value,and its educational function.
