摘　　要：目的研究医学生与非医学生之间对甲型H7N9禽流感认知、态度和行为方面的差异性，为在学校中开展H7N9型禽流感知识教育提供科学依据。方法在合肥市某2所大学随机分层整群抽取1—3年级医学与非医学生共550名。采用自行设计的问卷进行问卷调查，通过x。检验进行比较。结果在“病毒来源”、“病毒灭活温度”及“传播方式”的医学生的正确回答率分别为：27．7％、5．5％、23．8％，非医学生的正确回答率分别为：12．5％、1．4％、18．0％。医学生和非医学生对此次禽流感感到轻微的害怕率分别为：50．2％、62．7％，二者差异存在统计学意义（P=0．004）。大学生中已采取的预防措施答题率均低于50％。结论大学生对H7N9型禽流感科学认知度偏低，医学生在对禽流感的正确认识、态度及采取的预防措施方面较非医学生好。因此，相关部门及学校需要适度的加强宣传教育，提高大学生对疫情的认知度及采取科学的防控措施。Objective To understand the differences of congnition, attitude and behaviour on avian influenza A H7N9 virus between medical students and non-medical students,and provide scientific evidence for the education for the prevention of H7N9 in universities. Methods The stratified random sampling and cluster random sampling were employed to select 550 students （in the first, second and third year） from medical and non-medical university. The self-designed questionnaires were used to survey, and the difference between medical students and non-medical students was analyzed by the X2 test. Results In the source of the virus, the virus inactivation temperature and the mode of transmission, the right an- swer rates of medical students were 27.7 % ,5.5 % and 23.8% , respectively;of non-medical students were 12.5% , 1.4% and 18% ,respectively. The rate of college students who was slightly afraid of the avian influenza was 50.2% in the medi- cal students and 62.7% in non-medical students, the difference was statistical significance （ P = 0. 004 ）. The rate of students who had taken preventive measures was less than 50%. Conclusion The cognition of college students on avian influenza A H7N9 virus was low. Medical students have showed well understanding,attitude and behavior as compared to the non-medical students. Relevant departments and universities need to make greater efforts to improve the awareness lev- el of college students on the epidemic, and take scientific prevention and control measures.
