摘 要:目的探讨"现状-背景-评估-建议"(SBAR)沟通方式作为标准化沟通方式在ICU患者转出交接中的应用效果。方法对2012年1—6月采用传统方式进行患者转出交接的168例ICU患者(对照组)与2012年7—12月采用SBAR标准化沟通方式进行交接的172例患者(观察组)的交接问题发生率、交接耗时、患者满意度方面进行比较。结果观察组患者转出的交接问题发生率6.40%(11/172)明显低于对照组的22.02%(37/168),交接耗时也明显短于对照组,而92.44%患者的满意率明显高于对照组的76.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用SBAR标准化沟通方式后,规范了患者转出交接的流程,明显降低了患者转出过程的交接问题发生率,提高了护士的沟通能力和患者的满意度。Objective To explore the utility of SBAR( Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) communication technique in patient hand-off from the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods The conventional hand-off techniques were used in 168 patients from 2012.1 to 2012.6 (control group),while the SBAR technique was used to improve the hand-off communication in 172 patients from 2012.7--2012.12 ( observation group). The average time of hand-off, the errors related to hand-off and the satisfaction to nurses were compared between the two groups. Results The errors of related to hand-off in the observation group was 6.40% (11/172) which was significantly lower than 22.02% (37/168) in the control group,the transfer time also significantly shorter than the control group,while the satisfaction rate of 92.44% of patient was significantly higher than 76.19% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The application of SBAR communication technique can standardize the hand-off procedure for patients in the intensive care unit, reduce the errors related to hand-off during the transfer process, and improve the communication skills of nurses and the satisfaction of patients to nurses.
