摘　　要：就业质量的提升与良好的就业稳定性紧密相关,对于大学生就业,不能光看就业率,就业质量亦非常重要,大学生就业的稳定性应纳入政府考核大学生就业的核心指标之中。提升就业稳定性对于提升大学毕业生就业质量、促进企业和高等教育的发展、增进社会的和谐与稳定都具有十分重要的意义。为此,大学生要做好职业规划;高校要提高教育质量;企业要以员工为本;政府要担当责任。To enhance the quality of employment is closely related with the good stability of employment, to the employment of college students, we can not only look at the employment rate, the employment quality is also very important, the stability of employment should be incorporated into the core index of college students employment assessment of government. Enhancing the stability of employment has very important significance for promoting university graduate employment quality, promoting the devel- opment of enterprises and higher education and promoting social harmony and stability. Therefore, college students should do a good job in occupation planning, colleges and universities should improve the quality of education, the enterprise should base on staff, the government should take responsibility.
