摘　　要：资水滩歌是原梅山地区特有的商务经营与货物运输船舶——"毛板船"系列歌谣中最有代表性的一首,它因毛板船的出现而产生,也承续了毛板船的商业本质与特性,体现了旧时梅山民众的生活内容与精神风貌,是一曲独具地域特色的船歌与商歌。Zi River Beach Song was the most representative one which was unique in series of songs of business and cargo ship - - ＂wool board ship＂ in Meishan area, it produced because of wool board ship appearance, also inherited the commercial essence and characteristics of wool board ship, reflected the life and spirit of Meishan people in old times, was a boat song and business song of unique regional characteristics.
