摘　　要：著名旅美作家严歌苓的小说《补玉山居》是一部独具匠心的长篇小说,它的魅力不仅仅体现在主题上,更归功于整体作品表现出来的叙事艺术。《补玉山居》以第三人称和隐含的第一人称为叙事视角,凭借补玉山居这一舞台来勾勒各色人物、反映时代变迁的叙事方式,通过多元化的叙事语言,生活化的叙事结构,形成了作品冲淡而隽永的艺术风貌。作品深刻地折射出了人类的人性、生活的哲思以及对社会的批判意识等内蕴意义丰富的本质内容,描绘出在时间的车轮下滚滚向前发展的时代面貌。Bu Yu Shan Jv is a distinctive long novel written by Yan Geling who is a famous Chinese American writer. The charm of the works not only lies in the subject but also the narrative art of the whole works. Bu Yu Shah Jv takes the third person perspective and the hidden first person perspective in its narration, by Bu Yu Shah Jv this stage to outline the various characters, reflects changes of the times through diversified narrative mode, narrative language, the narrative structure of llfe, forms a dilute and meaningful artistic style of work. The work deeply reflects the intrinsic meaningful essence of human nature, human life phi- losophy and social criticism consciousness, all depicts the times outlook under time wheels rolling forward development.
