摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院手术室外无痛苦胃镜的临床应用经验。方法回顾分析本院2004年7月至2012年12月在胃镜室行无痛苦胃镜检查238例患者麻醉并发症情况。结果麻醉相关不良反应发生率18.1%。结论重视对麻醉相关不良风险的识别和防范,规范无痛苦胃镜的麻醉用药,能降低麻醉相关风险,提高实施该项检查技术的安全性。Objective Explore the primary hospital painless gastroscopy outside the operating room clinical experience. Methods Retrospectively analyzed in July 2004 -2012 in December in line painless gastroscope gastroscopy chamber 238 patients anesthesia complications. Results Incidence of adverse reactions related to anesthesia of 18.1%. Conclusion Emphasis on anesthesia-related adverse risk identification and prevention, specifications painless gastroscope anesthetic medication, anesthesia can reduce the risks associated with the implementation of the inspection techniques to improve security.
