临床护士职业价值观与一般自我效能感的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:调查临床护士职业价值观状况,分析护士职业价值观与一般自我效能感之间的关系。方法:采用护士职业价值观量表和一般自我效能感量表对四川省乐山市13家二、三级医院的473名在职注册护士进行问卷调查。结果:调查对象职业价值观得分为(3.62±0.60)分,其中"信任"维度评分(3.89±0.74)分为最高,其次为"照顾提供"维度(3.71±0.62)分,"行动主义"维度评分(3.38±0.66)分最低;调查对象职业价值观总体和(或)一些维度得分因护士的行政职务、医院等级、护龄和技术职称等情况的不同而存在显著性的差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);职业价值观总体及各维度得分与一般自我效能感得分均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:临床护士对职业的价值观有较高的认同度;建议管理者根据护士对职业价值观不同的认识特点进行有针对性的培养,通过提高临床护士的一般自我效能感来提高其职业价值观。Objective：Toinvestigatethestatusoftheoccupationalvaluesoftheclinicalnursesandanalyzetherelationshipbetweenthe occupational values and general self-efficacy. Methods：The nurse occupational values scale and self-efficacy scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 473 registered nurses of 13 hospitals in grade II and III in Leshan city of Sichuan province. Results：The scores of occupational values of the investigated nurses were（3. 62 ± 0. 60）points,of them the “trust”; dimension score（3. 89 ± 0. 74）was the highest,followed by“care providing”dimension（3. 71 ± 0. 62）;the”Activism“dimension score（3. 38 ± 0. 66）was the lowest. The sig-nificant differences were found between the overall occupational values of the investigated nurses and the scores of some dimensions due to the differences of nurse＆#39;s administrative post,hospital level,the years of serving as a nurse and technical titles（P﹤0. 01,P﹤0. 05）;the o-verall occupational values and the score of each dimension were positively correlated with general self-efficacy scores（P﹤0. 01）. Conclu-sion：Clinical nurses have relatively high levels of identification towards occupational values. It is suggested that administrators foster nurses according to their different characteristics of occupational values and improve their occupational values by enhancing the self-efficacy.
