规范化围术期护理对切开复位钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折患者的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨规范化围术期护理对切开复位钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折患者的术后疗效与并发症的影响。方法：随机选取2010年1月～2012年1月的30例患者为对照组，采取常规治疗与基础护理；随机选择2012年3月～2013年8月的36例患者为观察组，采取规范化围术期护理。比较两组患者术后疗效与并发症情况。结果：观察组患者术后临床疗效优良率、Philips踝关节评分、HSS膝关节评分均明显高于对照组（P﹤0.05），并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P﹤0.05）。结论：在基础护理的基础上实施规范化围术期护理，可明显提高临床治疗效果，降低术后并发症发生率，更有利于术后关节功能恢复。Objective：Toinvestigatetheeffectofthestandardizedperioperativenursingcareonthepostoperativeoutcomeandcomplica-tions of the patients in the treatment of calcaneal fracture by open reduction internal fixation（ ORIF）with Titanium plate. Methods：30 pa-tients treated from January 2010 to January 2012 were randomly selected and taken as the control group,the patients in this group were giv-en routine treatment and nursing care;other 36 patients treated from March 2012 to August 2013 were taken as the observation group and the standardized perioperative nursing care was adopted in this group. The postoperative curative effect and complications of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results：The excellent and good rate of postoperative clinical curative effect,Philips score of ankle joint and HSS score of knee joint were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group（P﹤0. 05）;the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：Implementation of the stand-ardized perioperative nursing care can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and it is more conducive to the postoperative recovery of joint function.
