摘  要:目的:探讨自制体位垫对俯卧位脊柱手术患者呼吸及循环系统的影响。方法:将120例脊柱后路手术患者随机分为对照组和实验组各60例。对照组采用YTJ-C型脊柱手术托架摆放俯卧位,实验组采用自制体位垫摆放俯卧位。比较两组足背动脉、平均动脉压(MAP)、中心静脉压(CVP)以及动态气道阻力(RAW)情况。结果:实验组与对照组比较,体位改变后患者足背动脉、MAP、CVP以及RAW数值变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制体位垫对俯卧位脊柱手术患者呼吸及循环系统影响较小。Objective : To investigate the influence of the self - made posture mats on respiratory and circulatory function of patients with spinal operation in prone position. Methods :120 patients who underwent posterior spinal operation were randomly divided into the experi- mental and the control groups ( 60 cases in each group ). In the control group, the YTJ - C spinal operation bracket was placed in prone po- sition, while the self- made posture mats were used instead in the experimental group. Dorsalis pedis, mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) , central venous pressure ( CVP ) and airway resistance ( RAW ) were detected and compared between the two groups. Results : There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the change in value of dorsalis pedis, MAP, CVP and RAW between the two groups after patient's body position changed( P 〈0.05). Conclusion:The self-made posture mates have little influence on the respiratory and circulatory function of patients with spinal operation in prone position.
