摘　　要：黎族是海南省主要的少数民族,在海南国际旅游岛开发的背景下,少数民族文化的推广也成为旅游岛宣传的途径之一。黎族饮食除有很好的营养价值外,在原料和做法上来说也独具特色。推广黎族美食要注重市场开发,全方位包装,同时在原有基础上改良,使黎族饮食营养合理化,口味大众化。The main minority in Hainan is Li nationality. In the background of the development of international tourism island, minority culture has become one of the ways to propagate the tourism island. Besides the good nutrition, Li＇ s diet has unique features in ingredients and cooking methods. To popularize Li＇ s diet, we should develop the market, optimize the food in all aspects, and improve the diet to let it more nutritious and popular.
