临床护理路径在冠心病介入治疗中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径对于冠心病介入治疗患者的运用效果。方法以我院共180位采用介入治疗的冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组90例,采用传统方法护理;实验组90例,严格执行临床护理路径。结果实验组并发症发病率明显少于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用临床护理路径能明显减少冠心病介入治疗患者并发症,促进患者康复,提高治疗效果,临床值得推广。Objective To explore the application of CNP with patients who receive the PCI and its effect. Method Use our hospital a total of 180 interventional treatment of coronary heart disease patients for the study, Control group of 90 people, using traditional methods for routine care, the experimental group of 90 people, the strict implementation of clinical care path requires care. Results The incidence of complications was signifieantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically signiflcant（P〈0.05）between groups. Conclusion The use of clinical care path can significantly reduce the complications of therapy in patients with coronary intervention.
