摘 要:滚动冲击压路机是一种集冲击与滚压两种作业方式为一体的新型压实机械 ,且压路机本身又是一个多自由度系统 ,给分析带来很大的困难。根据这种压路机特殊的结构特点和作业方式 ,将作业过程分解为冲击和滚压两个部分 ,从水平和垂直两个方向建立“工作轮一土”的各态数学模型 ,分别来分析和描述不同状态下系统的运行规律 ,突出重点状态和主要矛盾 ,简化分析方法 ,更确切地反映了该种压路机系统的动态特性 ,便于进行该种压路机的参数确定 ,指导设计和使用。Rolling impact roller is a new type of soil compaction machine. It integrates ramming technique with rolling compaction. Because the non circular section working wheel is used, it is a kind of compound behavior that compacts the soil at gravitative roll and reciprocating impact. The course of the compaction is a periodic random process that is very complex. Moreover, the roller is a system with multiple degrees of freedom . Its dynamic analysis has more difficulties. So the working course is divided into two kinds of states that are impact and roll, for each state, mathematical model of 'working wheel soil” can be set up from horizontal and vertical directions. The motional equation will be applied to describle the law of motion in each state. This analysis method can be simplified too. The showed dynamic characteristics of vibration system of the rolling impact roller is true. It is easy to define the parameters of this roller and used to guide guide its design and application.
