镇痛药和肌松剂在新生儿机械通气中应用的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨镇痛药以及肌松剂用于新生儿机械通气临床效果。方法对照组新生儿仅进行临床常规治疗措施;研究组新生儿同时给予镇痛剂与肌松剂联合治疗。结果研究组新生儿各时段N-PASS评分、机械通气各指标检出值、并发症发生率均明显小于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论镇痛药以及肌松剂用于新生儿机械通气可降低治疗后并发症发生率,维持患儿血氧饱和度、心率等生命体征稳定性,改善患儿疼痛程度,疗效确切且用药安全,值得临床推广。ObjectiveTo investigate the analgesic and muscle relaxant for clinical effect of neonatal mechanical ventilation.MethodsThe control group only routine clinical treatment of newborn; neonatal research group while giving analgesic and muscle relaxant combined treatment.ResultsThe study group of newborn N-PASS score index in each period of time, mechanical ventilation detection value, the complication rate was signiifcantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05, with statistical signiifcance.ConclusionAnalgesic and muscle relaxant for neonatal mechanical ventilation can reduce the incidence of complications after treatment, the maintenance of children with blood oxygen saturation, heart rate and other vital signs of stability, improvement in the degree of pain, curative effect and drug safety, is worth the clinical promotion.
