数据采集与监控系统在石油化工企业中的应用

摘　　要：数据采集与监控(SupervisoryControlandDataAcquisition,SCADA)系统在石油化工企业生产管理过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文通过研究目前石油化工企业生产管理的现状和存在的问题,并以某石油化工厂为例,设计了采用数采网关、隔离数采网关、pSpace实时数据库建立的数据采集与监控系统,解决了各采集系统数据接口与传输协议的兼容问题,实现了对生产数据的实时采集和统一管理,保持了企业生产数据和管理数据的同步性和一致性,有助于提高企业的生产效率和信息化管理水平。The system of supervisory control and data acquisition（SCADA）plays an important role in production management of petrochemical enterprise. In the paper,the present situation and problems in production management of petrochemical enterprise are discussed first. Taking the project of petrochemical works,it establish SCADA by using industrial communication gateway,isolation gateway and pSpace real-time database. With this system,the compatibility problems of data acquisition system interfaces with various transmission protocols are solved. It is easy to maintain the synchronization be-tween the production data and management data,and achieve the real-time production data acquisition and unified management. It is helpful to improve the production efficiency and the level of information management.
