走马楼吴简中所见的生口买卖——兼谈魏晋封建论之奴客相混

摘　　要：走马楼吴简中记录了孙吴时期官、私生口买卖的情况。复原的"私生口估税簿"由竹简和木牍编连而成,记录了官府在吏民私买卖生口过程中收取估税的具体情况。吴简所记官、私生口的实际价值较低,可能与征讨武陵蛮俘获大量的夷生口有关。吴简以奴代役、奴客共同附籍、僮客连称的具体记录,丰富了魏晋封建论的相关论述。The Sun- Wu （孙吴） slips unearthed in Zoumalou （走马楼） is badly arranged. This essay attempts to restore the official accounting books of private slave transaction tax to their original order and demonstrates thereby how they were compiled and what were written on them. These accounting books inform us of the official and private slaves trading in Sun - Wu period. The Sun - Wu slips about slave records provide more evidence for the Wei -Jin Feudal Theory.
