摘　　要：中国特色社会主义经济理论的重大价值既源于人类历史上关于社会主义经济的理想向往,又源于当代中国人对于强国富民的中国道路的现实探索。本文按照中国特色的分析思路、政策方案、价值理念,主要从社会主义基本经济制度、宏观经济理论、微观企业基础、城镇化及城乡一体化等几个方面,对改革开放以来学术界关于中国特色社会主义经济理论的研究和讨论进行了梳理和总结。发现只要试图从研究理念上找寻"中国特色",并秉承中华传统文化思想和社会主义思想,对于中国经济运行机制提出具有国际视野的理论分析和概括,无论采用何种工具,分析何种问题,都可称为中国特色社会主义经济理论。Economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics is significant and crucial because of the historic ideal for socialist economy in the developing path of human beings, as well as the realistic exploration to Chinese road towards prosperity and strengthening. In accordance with the analytic approaches, policy implications and value choice with Chinese characteristics, this paper makes a review and summarization on economic theory for socialism with Chinese characteristics since the refoim and opening up, from the aspects of fundamental economic institutions of socialism, macro-economic theory, micro theory of firm, and theories of urbanization and the integration of urban and rural areas. This paper argues that a theory can be regarded as economic theory for socialism with Chinese characteristics as long as it contains ＇ Chinese characteristics＇ in the research ideas, traditional Chinese cultural background and thought of socialism, and finds the operational mechanism of Chinese economy from international perspective, with whatever tools in utilization to analyze any kind of problems.
