信息基础设施建设对上海经济转型的影响——基于区域CGE模拟分析

摘　　要：文章基于当前复杂的经济现实,构建了用于分析信息基础设施建设影响经济转型的CGE模型,模拟在信息基础设施投资增长20%的情况下,产业结构、劳动报酬、资源利用效率等经济转型因素的变化。结果显示:增加信息基础设施投资对上海的直接经济增长效应不明显,但有利于产业结构升级、劳动报酬占比提升、资源利用效率提高,对经济转型有一定的正向贡献。Based on the current complex economic realities, the paper constructs a CGE model to analyze the impact of informatinn infrastructure on economic transformation. The model simulales tire changes of industrial stnu：lure, labor compensa- tion, resource utilization efficiency and other factors of economic transformatinn in the case of information infrastructure investment growdl at 20%. The resuhs show thal the increase of investment on information infrastructure is not obvious to direct eco- nomic growth in Shanghai, but is conducive to upgrading industrial structure, enhancing proportion of labor remuneration and improving efficiency of resource utilization. Therefore, it has certain positive contributions to economic transformation.
