摘　　要：近年来,高师院校本科生逃学、辍学现象较为普遍,厌学问题日益严重,直接影响了师范院校教育教学质量和人才培养目标的实现。所以,急需查看大学生厌学现象,并从个人、家庭、学校以及社会等角度分析其根本原因,提出较为合理的对策并加以实施,从而解决师范生厌学问题。Recently, it has been a common phenomenon that normal college undergraduates play truant and drop out of school. Learning weariness is becoming a more and more serious problem that directly affects education quality and the implementation of talents training goal in normal college. This phenomenon needs to be checked and the root cause be analyzed on the perspectives of individual, family, school and society. It puts forward reasonable countermeasures for implementation, so as to solve the problem of students＇ learning weariness.
