摘　　要：现行司法满意调查存在指标设定不当、遗漏及重复,指标下的具体问题设定不当,调查手段及范围不当,分析方法及结论客观性不足等问题,故有必要对这一评价活动进行整体性反思,揭示其优势、劣势及适用边界,并提炼出若干实现准确、客观司法满意调查的关键要素。Present judicial satisfaction survey has involved many difficulties such as the improperly-set, o-mitted or repeated index, the improperly-set concrete problems under the indicators, inappropriate investiga-ting means and scopes, non-objective analyzing methods and conclusion, and thereafter it is necessary to carry out a holistic reflection on the evaluation activity, reveal its advantages and disadvantages and applicable fields, and refine a number of key factors to realize accurate and objective justice satisfaction survey.
